The EDERA Final Workshop, highlighting the project’s achievements, took place in Brussels, Belgium, on 22 January 2025.

The EDERA Consortium is pleased to announce the launch of its first Newsletter, focusing on the main achievements and activities carried out by the project, as well as the upcoming events.

The EDERA project has developed, implemented and demonstrated a series of real-time products with pan-European coverage to support decision-making during storms and heavy rainfall events.

EDERA project attended the 19th EFAS Annual Meeting in Norrköping, Sweden, on 24-25 October 2024.

EDERA project attended the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2024 Civil Protection Workshop in Budapest on 9 July.

The EDERA project launched on August 2023 a 15-month real-time demonstration in two pilot sites: one spanning Spain and Portugal, and another in Finland.

An international training workshop on using EDERA products was held in Madrid, Spain, from May 7 to 8, 2024.

The EDERA project joined the 2024 edition of the European Geosciences Union General Assembly held in Vienna, Austria and online, from 14-19 April 2024.

EDERA project attended the Information Day on Training and Projects of the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism, which took online on 8 February 2024.

EDERA project attended the Early Warning Systems Expert Group Meeting, which took place in Brussels, Belgium, and online on 6-7 December 2023.
